Having started the business back in 2011 Sian is intimately familiar with every single aspect of the consignment service.  So she is here to answer some of the questions asked most frequently.  If you have a question not answered below, please do get in touch!

What is RETOLD?

RETOLD is a consignment boutique and e-commerce site.  A "consignment shop" is defined as a clothing store that sells other people's clothing on their behalf.  So all the products you see on display (either in our fabulous Dubai boutique, or on our e-commerce shopping site), still belongs to our sellers (also known as Members).

What clothing brands do you accept?

We accept a whole range of clothing items from high-street brands all the way to luxury and designer labels.  So you will find the likes of Zara and Mango, next to Burberry's and Malono Blahnik.
We solely stock female fashion.

What is the quality of the pieces you stock?

All the pieces we display both in our boutique and on our e-commerce site are in excellent condition, all pieces are new or like-new second hand clothing that has been freshly cleaned or laundered.  So you will find pieces that are still brand new with their original tags or that have been lightly used.  We do not stock damaged or stained items.

How often is new inventory added?

We list and display new pieces as often as we receive them, which is pretty much everyday!  Be sure to check back into the boutique AND our e-commerce site regularly so that you don't miss out on any of the amazing finds!

How many pieces can I expect to browse?

We have over 6,000 individual pieces on display at any one time, with new pieces arriving in all the time!

Where can I park?

There is plenty of RTA parking along the Umm Suqeim service road, and there is lots of FREE parking at the back of the building.

What is your Return & Refunds Policy?

All items are thoroughly checked when they are submitted to RETOLD, and as such all items are sold "as is".

RETOLD operates a No Returns and No Refund policy subject to the following:  
- Items may only be returned if they do not match the description of the item as advertised.
- Items must be returned within three business days after receipt of goods.
 - Items must be returned in the same condition in which they were received.

What forms of payment are accepted?

We accept Cash, all major Credit Cards, Apple Pay.  

We accept flattery, referrals, and cupcakes, but sadly, at this time, we can not accept High-Fives as payment for items.

What are the opening times?

We are open 7 days a week.  From 10am until 10pm

I want to attend one of the workshops or events hosted at your boutique, what do I do?

Most of our events are free-of-charge, in which case, please do just turn up. However, it is better to register your attendance as mostly spaces will be limited and we don't want you to miss out!

I would like to HOST an event at your boutique, what do I do?

Simply drop us a line! Email, call, SM message, smoke signals... whatever your chosen communication channel - let us know your requirements and we will do our best to accommodate you.
