We only accept perfect-condition items, so nothing damaged or with any stains.

We STRICTLY DO NOT accept any fake goods of any kinds - only authentic items!
03. Do I have to be a certain size?
Absolutely not! We sell on behalf of anyone no matter what your shape, size or taste - we embrace it all! We always endeavour to have a range of sizes available.
04. I'm not sure how to price my items, can you help?
Of course we can! We have, after all, been doing this for years and our guidance is all part of our service. If you don't have the time (or the inclination) we can do this for you, for a small extra fee.
What we do advise, before you get started, is to forget about any sentimental attachment you might have to an item of clothing because they are not buying your memories, they're buying the garment.
05. I'm leaving the country and have loads of items, can you help?!
Yes!!! Send us an email and we can help you get through the mammouth task of getting rid of what you're not taking. We can even donate the items not suitable for resale.

Throughout the duration of your membership you can keep an eye on your sales by logging onto your Membership area.

01. My Membership period has finished but not everything sold.
Throughout the duration of your membership you can keep an eye on your sales by logging onto your Membership area.
02. Can I donate any of my unsold items to charity?
We have to abide by the rules of the UAE and as such when we make charity donations it's all done according to local regulations.
03. Can I leave my unsold items with you once my Membership has finished?
Unfortunately not, we will need you to take any unsold items back within 5 days of the end of your Membership, unless you pay for an Extension fee.
