Terms and Conditions
As a consignment service, the below Terms & Conditions are set out to all our Sellers:
By submitting your items to RETOLD you are legally bound by the Terms & Conditions in this document; RETOLD will not be held responsible for you not reading these Terms & Conditions.
RETOLD reserves the right to refuse items that we deem unsuitable for re-sale through our service.
RETOLD accepts no responsibility for the non-sale of items.
RETOLD holds the right to select where and how we re-sell your items, including but not limited to our physical retail shops, our events, our website or social media channels, our external partners or affiliates, or through any private sales channels.
RETOLD holds the right to amend your agreed list prices by up to 20% (both upwards and downwards), and you will receive your payout based on the amended price where applicable.
RETOLD will accept no responsibility for the loss or damage of items whilst in our care.
RETOLD pledges to make every effort to protect your information. We will only share with relevant third parties if you have authorised us to do so and if it is beneficial to you.
RETOLD will only advise you of your sales after the end of the Display Duration, within 10 working days of the end of the Display Duration.
Payouts will be either through Store Credit, or will be made through bank transfer to a UAE bank. Any bank fees associated with bank transfers will be at your expense. No payouts will be made in cash.
Full and complete bank details will be required to complete bank transfer. Failure to provide the full and complete details requested will result in delayed payment.
Payouts made through bank transfer will be completed within 30 working days of agreed payout date. RETOLD will not be responsible for any delay in completion of payment through the banking system.
RETOLD cannot store your unsold items once your Display Duration has ended. RETOLD will instruct you about a collection date, and if no attempt to arrange collection has been made for 7 days after this date, we reserve the right to return your unsold items to you. If we don’t hear from you within 30 days of the end of your Display Duration, your unsold items will become property of RETOLD. If you do not contact us within 90 days of the end of your Display Duration you forfeit the right to your profits.
All information enclosed in this document and any further correspondence is private, confidential and specific to RETOLD Used Clothes Trading LLC. It must not be passed on, shared or copied for any purposes, either private or public without the written permission of RETOLD. Failure to adhere to these Terms & Conditions may result in legal action being taken against you.
By submitting your items to us, you are legally bound to not form any business or enterprise, or host any events which is the same or similar to RETOLD for a 2 year period from submission date.
